Class Reservations & Booking
All classes must be booked in advance through the booking system. Walk-ins are not guaranteed a spot.
Waitlist Policy
Clients on the waitlist will be automatically added to class if a spot becomes available.
Clients are responsible for monitoring their booking status.
Late cancellations and no-show policies apply to all bookings including those added from the waitlist.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients are expected to arrive on time.
Late arrivals may be denied entry to ensure safety and maintain class flow.
For safety reasons, entry is not permitted more than 5 minutes after class start time.
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes due to late arrival.
Equipment & Reformer Safety
Clients must follow all instructor guidance at all times.
Improper or unsafe use of equipment may result in removal from class.
First-time reformer clients may be required to attend an introductory or beginner class.
Instructors reserve the right to modify or restrict exercises for safety.
Equipment Care
All equipment must be wiped down after use.
Clients are expected to treat studio equipment with care
Intentional damage may result in repair or replacement fees.
Hot Yoga Policies
Hot yoga classes are physically demanding, and participation is at your own risk.
Late entry may not be permitted once class has begun.
Clients are responsible for proper hydration. Towels and appropriate equipment may be required.
Studio Etiquette
Clients are expected to arrive at least 5 minutes early.
Studio doors may be locked at class start time.
Phones must be silenced and not used during class.
Respectful behavior toward staff and other clients is required at all times.
Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Personal Belongings
The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Clients are encouraged to leave valuables at home.
Instructor Substitutions
Instructors are subject to change without notice.
No refunds or credits will be issued based on instructor preference.
Photography & Media
The studio may take photos or videos for marketing purposes.
Clients will be notified and may opt out upon request.
Clients may not photograph or record other clients without their explicit consent.
Violation of this policy may result in removal from class or suspension.
Minors
Clients under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
Clients under 16 are not permitted in general classes unless enrolled in a designated youth program.
Policy Violations
Failure to follow studio policies may result in suspension or termination of classes or membership without refund.
Policy Updates
The studio reserves the right to update or modify policies at any time.
